I met Eric Larson and Andy Cahill the same month: January 2020.
Andy and I onboarded to Lyra Heath that month while Eric was from the very first cohort of coaches, part of an experiment the company was running after their start focused on therapy. He had graduated to a sort of mentor role and so my first experience of him was watching him coach in his confident, curious, open style. A dreamy thing to behold as a coach!
In the years since, Andy started this podcast where he interviews a fascinating array of people while also co-rearing little humans and continuing his coaching practice.
And then he invited us to join him for recess.
